Is the Filler procedure painful?

Is the procedure painful?
Dr. Copeland always applies a local anesthetic to numb the area prior to the procedure. This should help dull the sensation of being pricked during the injection.  All the filler we use also has lidocaine (a local anesthetic) in for further enhance patient comfort. If you have an allergy to Lidocaine, please let us know before your appointment, as we do have filier without lidocaine.
